real estate is not rising except in the luxury market.Hyd growth overall is the exception. and is mostly because Hyd was cheap to begin with

Economy in India is basically a phenomenon of 5 or 6 cities of which 3 are in south. The economy did not go outside of the cities beause in rural areas caste still rules. The upper castes want to keep them that way.
