First coronavirus case confirmed in Germany, health officials say

Bavarian health officials confirmed the first case of the virus in Germany after a patient in Starnberg, south-west of Munich, tested positive. It follows cases discovered in numerous other countries around the world, including the US, Canada, Australia, France, Japan and more.
