Need expert opinion on technology

My gal friend is currently working on a QA Automation w/ selenium.

What are her options to upgrade into a new technology that will better her career ? Like QA role tharavata what tech do people go for ?

I am looking for options that will have demand and be stable for the next 10-15 years.
