Audit support is free for turbo tax deluxe package.  Audit Live something something it prompted but lite anukunna as i am paying not getting anyway. Ayina nenem petti chavaledu i had to pay. Last year tax rules change ayyayi i couldnt even claim for my move. I could claim nothing. I paid close to 4k.

Turbotax is the best. Free filing for military personnel and their families.

Credit karma is acquired by intuit/turbotax. Vadu free ante nee information ammkuntadu like sending preapproved credit offers etc.

pros:

idiot proof software

privacy/security - evvado tax preparer ki iste you are already comprimising your ssn and other info. 
 

do it whenever you have time.

audit risk cheptadi based on your deductions

cons:

firstitme learning curve

desi tax firms laga evi padite avi deductions cheyavu..but at the sametime you read, understand and act accordingly

No, only if you are a first time filer in IL you need to file through paper. I have done it online the second time, it was straightforward.
