Why cant jagan pay his own expenses for going to CBI court ?

His job is to serve the people as CM, so spend the money for them thats not a prob. 

But the cases he is facing is his personal cases, so why cant he pay from his pocket and why do a normal tax payer has to pay for his petrol and diesel costs?

There would be PIL after some months later about the same. I remeber watching some lawyer saying that there is very good case make him pay from his pocket. The cases he is attending are inherited before he became CM. Most probably, he will have to pay partially (travel expenses). Probably the security expenses will be exempted

TDP and CBN can use this and file a case but looks like they haven't till now .
