Mana deggara, anything might happen Baa.

Say a case of N!thari for example -  Just a day before Hanging, SC turned them to life sentence. Now he files for parole on basis of discipline

  • On 4 May 2010, Koli was found guilty of the 25 October 2006 murder of Arti Prasad, 7, and given a second death sentence eight days later.
  • On 27 September 2010, Koli was found guilty of the 10 April 2006 murder of Rachna Lal, 9, and given a third death sentence the following day.
  • On 22 December 2010, Koli was found guilty of the June 2006 murder of Deepali Sarkar, 12, and given a fourth death sentence.[39][40]
  • On 15 February 2011, the Supreme Court upheld the death sentence of Surinder Koli.[41]
  • On 24 December 2012, Koli was found guilty of the 4 June 2005 murder of Chhoti Kavita, 5, and given a fifth death sentence.[42

In 2014, the SC had stopped his hanging at a midnight hearing, saying inordinate delay in execution was valid grounds for commutation.

Nithari killings is completely different case kaka...infact India lo enno cases la hang to death padi malli avi life ki convert ayinavi vunnai...Thousands of cases vunai itla first judgement vachi death...higher appeal la life..!

Kani Nibhaya case la, Supreme Court itself has supported death, mercy petitions anni reject ayianyi, pardon ledu, literally Max inka delay chestharemo kani vuri ekkadam khayam...

Vinay Kumar Sharma, one of the four death-row convicts in the 2012 Delhi gangrape case, filed a mercy plea before President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday, PTI reported, quoting his lawyer AP Singh.

Sharma’s curative petition before the Supreme Court had been rejected on January 14, along with that of co-convict Mukesh Singh’s. Kovind has already rejected Mukesh Singh’s mercy plea since then. In Sharma’s curative plea, his lawyer had highlighted that the convict was 19 years old when he committed the crime, adding that young age and socio-economic background should have been considered by the court

A trial court has issued death warrants for the execution of all the four convicts – the other two being Pawan Gupta and Akshay Kumar Singh – at 6 am on February 1. The four were earlier supposed to be hanged on January 22 at 7 am, but it was postponed due to the delay caused by Mukesh Singh’s mercy plea.

Earlier in the day, the top court dismissed a petition by Mukesh Singh challenging the rejection of his mercy plea by Kovind. Another convict, Akshay Kumar Singh, filed a curative petition in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, a month after the top court rejected his plea seeking a review of his death sentence.

The four convicts, along with two others, had raped and brutally assaulted a paramedical student on a bus on the night of December 16, 2012, an incident that had sparked countrywide protests. One accused died in prison, and the sixth was a juvenile.
