Someone always need to watch him what he will do ani. Its not easy life for everyone who is in that situation. 

Avunu correct! Na frnd thammudu also special needs kid and a badha ela untundoo telusu. Every sec ventane undali and vallu okasari kuda cinema ki kaani picnics kani annitiki doram ga undalsina paristhithi.  They lost all hopes on that kid and doing their best to make him live as long as he can. Papam

Bhayam  asalu kids ki brain development or imbalance endhuku avthundi ani. Is it becoz of medications mom takes?

well I'd have appreciated @Abbulu if he/she has ever asked and enquired about special need kids before telling about mom and dad are leaving for various reasons ah enquiry about special need kids thread miss ayithe apologies..
