1) return ticket undali

2) purpose of visit (visiting son/daughter or tourism etc) and length of stay (6 months). They mostly wont ask but if they ask better to say staying for 6 months and you get I-94 validity for 6 months.

3) Address of stay in USA, son/daughters USA phone numbers

4) optional but unte better. You write a letter to the immigration officer stating all above three points and give it to your parents. Just in case if they are too confused, ask them to hand over that letter to the officer so that its clear for them.

5) my suggestion - take health insurance for parents.
