So ?   my vendor employer ki pay cheyaledu ani na pay 6 months hold cheste  first project lo ney sue chesadu prime vendor and I changed employer . Andaru ala ani cheppaku . Employer cannot just not pay employee because he doesn’t get payments from vendors . We can report to DOL too . May be your employees keep quiet . I myself won’t keep quiet and will report . I did already in past .  I got paid for years without my employer getting money from vendors . Vendors names kuda cheppagalanu. I have emails too . Nene intervene ayyi payments teppincha client manager to matladi kuda .

Yes. They simply say we need to raise invoice yet and dint get payment.

But i never heard where client hold the payments for 6 months. no client does that as far as i saw

But andaru ala cheyyaleru sister bayapadi unless they leave the company. once you resign you can do compalin in dol or do whatever you want. But while on project, you never want to take risk

Ha 2 months okay, my employer gives basic amount like 1k for expenses for first two months of joining proj, after that he pays

I got paid all the time . Employer pay chwyadu chilli gavva ante cheptunna ma employer paid for years without getting paid with a federal govt vendor  and a e-commerce vendor company . Employers pay . Senior consultants to elanti dramas adaru they play usually with OPTs .

Antey mostly anni clients on time payment employers ki chestharemo andhuke u get paid on time maybe few clients who delay payments and in that situations lo employers delay chestharemo. It depends on clients and their policies perhaps
