I think people who invest there are the once that will be affected.  Rest of the people other that people surrounding Amarawathi, doesnt care.

As i am neither from both areas nor invested there, I don't care. If you give me a choice between Vizag and Amaravathi, i would choose Vizag over Amaravathi as a capital.
