Under-19 Australian cricketers in trouble after mocking non-English speakers

Few members of the Australian under-19 squad to face sanctions after posting comments that have been branded as casual racism

A group of Australian cricketers landed themselves in trouble after putting up posts in social media handle that have been branded as casual racism during the ongoing ICC under-19 World Cup in South Africa.

The under-19 boys from the Australian World Cup squad created quite a stir after they were found using inappropriate language aimed at mocking non-native English speakers online, with some of their targets being Indian fans too.

It all started when Australian under-19 cricketer Jake Fraser-McGurk posted a status saying “Quarter Finals here we come,” in his Instagram handle.
