Manpower background check

Got an offer for a state client and the background going through Manpower consulting(Experis group). Any idea how they process the Employment Background Verification and do they ask for any Paystubs or W2's or just with a Phone Call verification? I have some gaps in between the jobs and Masters degree.

Employer choostadu.. Client kadu... so Yes.... nuvvu employer application lo edi fill chestavo adi matrame... so application fill chesetappudu vollu daggara pettukovale....
