Agree. Koddiga risk and legal complications vuntayi. But if you have proper contacts and some political support evadu em peekaldu.Recently, i know couple of cases where they handle these sort of permission issues were solved by political support. Ianti vishayallo faint hearts can’t handle , they have to be tough.

I think they might have constructed like 20 rooms for hostel requirement and selling high rates .. not worth 150 sq yards ki 4.2 .. max 2.50 or 3 depends on which area exactly

I know bro epdo apdu regularize chestaru I ma facing same situation in bn reddy nagar, kani nuvu buying at full blown appreciated price kada 3l per square yard andukani cheptuna 

As it is huge investment nuvve alochinchi untav take the best decision good luck

150 sq yads ante illu aggi petta laga untadi nuvu 4 cr pedutunavu ante min 200+ sq yds chusukooo..... don't get tempted for 2lakhs+ rent ki 

every year maintance ki pothadi money you wont get anything ...... rent ki unde vallu chala karabh chestharu ....... building nuvu chusava ??? just pics chusava..... water facility ela unnadi 

better buy a 1 acre or 2 acre land 

if you know any one from village buy farming land it will get 2X or 3X in 2 to 3 yrs 

okate place lo 5acres or 10 acres konnukoo 

but loan matram house ke vasthadi
