you can wash with water or tissue. even if water or tissue is not available many men don't stop what they wanted to do.  If they don't clean are they going to die ? No, they just can't pray until they take shower very similar to Madi in brahmin culture.

It seems you don't know but using of brick pieces is highly discouraged as it would cause infection.
