Bhayyo let us not give credit to congress for that. Jai Andhra movement lo emi levani kotladi thechchukunna development adhi - when Venkaiah Naidu was at AU. Even Vizag steel plant was founded there after that movement. Central governments will not give anything unless you fight for it.
