Is formless god the highest virtue?

A very good question.  However, more than the answer, the journey to find out the answer is more important.....In that process, if we get the answer, nothing better than that.....

Person who knows the answer, will never answer...the person who have answered it, doesn't know the answer 🙂

It is a tough question to answer. A very vague answer i could contemplate. Generally speaking, formlessness is believed to be existent or can be attained in the "aroopa loka" - a world without form. In order to exist in the aroopa loka, one needs to attain the highest level of concentration by conquering infinity levels of space, thought, non-being (feeling the formlessness) and consciousness or non-consciousness. 

Now , if by God u mean  "supreme being" , a supreme being's highest virtue is -formlessness
