he filed a law suit for 180k now showing some medical bills , my insurance attorney isnt responding, what to do now 

Dont worry. Other party will sue mostly to get max from your insurance coverage, they will claim high and finally they settle at some price. Its very common. If other party still want to get more than what your insurance cover, they will try to get that amount from you and then you can hire an attorney to fight for you. If accident was minor and happened at low speed, you dont need to worry much and other party also know that they cant win if it goes to trail. so they will settle at some figure with insurance.

Did they call ambulance at seen? Take appointment with attorney and check you options if it goes that far.
