Vallu ankunte aipotai police reforms . Page laki pagelu rasi pettaru. Employment opportunities kuda pergutai ila

This is my opinion... correct me if i am wrong

e prompt response teams.. new employment opp. etc etc ivanni ichedi govt..

Govt changes periodically will mostly focus on schemes and stuff to make them re-elected again.. so forget about govt worrying about this in most cases, unless really horrible things happening often..

you dont need new resources into the system to make it work better... we need resourceful police officials like Siddarth koushal who can make things move up the chain and bring justice ..

I think the main reason in such crimes is male ego. Magavallu ekkuva adavallu thakkuva aney igo. Nenu propose chesthey oppukoda aney ego.

vulgar/porn movies all over the world choostharu. Ilanti incidents only india lo avuthayi. Atleast from our generation, we need to raise our kids properly.

In any country you cant expect its citizens to be ramudu manchi baluru.. we need better laws and responsible folice.. Which i think is happening as more and more  well educated youth are showing interest in law enforcement  jobs

Thats good to know if the current generation youth are leaning towards LE. But laws must be changed, for current horrendous crimes against women, the existing laws are not enough we need more fear attached to the laws so that any person will be fearful of the aftermath while committing the crime. Although we cannot prevent all the crimes atleast few daughters will be saved! :(

I understand what you are saying and partly agree that govt may not worry about this in most cases.

With respect to new resources part, I dont agree. Endukante, even more than having one reourceful police,  hiring  new resources would definitely make the system better. Various western countries lo validated approaches and proven examples unnai, where statistics show that increasing number of officials did see a decline in the multifaceted prob of criminal justice. Very simple logic, more police officers doesnt necessarily mean more arrests, but more cops walking around the street definitely can result in reduced crime. It relies on the same concept of "Someone is watching me". Aah fear pcucca instill aitadi and it is even much better than intense punishments. I am not sure if this is the latest but India's P2P ratio is 138:1 lakh, this is VERY VERY low, UN recommends atleast 222. We have vacancies to fill atleast 5 lakh more personnel.  Population dense unna countries lo law enforcement inkekva man-power intense undali, this fact is undeniable. (Canada example iyachu for best police reforms, but dani density chaala takva so i am unable to bring that into picture here.)
