అమరావతి, ఫిబ్రవరి 4 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): సాధారణంగా రాష్ట్రాల రాజధానుల నిర్ణయం విషయంలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రమేయం ఉండదనేది నిర్వివాదాంశం. అయితే, ఒక రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని ఎంపిక నుంచి నిధుల కేటాయింపు వరకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రమేయం ఉంటే? కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిధులిచ్చి అభివృద్ది చేస్తే? పలు కేంద్ర సంస్థలు డబ్బులు చెల్లించి భూములు తీసుకుంటే?.. కచ్చితంగా అప్పుడు ఆ రాజధాని విషయంలో కేంద్రం కూడా భాగస్వామే అవుతుంది. రాజఽధాని అమరావతి విషయంలోనూ జరిగింది ఇదే! అమరావతిని రాజధాని ప్రాంతంగా ఏర్పాటుచేయాలని అసెంబ్లీ చేసిన ఏకగ్రీవ తీర్మానాన్ని కేంద్రం ఆమోదించింది. ఆ ఆమోదం తర్వాతే అమరావతికి నిధులు విడుదల చేసింది. అంతేకాదు...అవసరాన్ని బట్టి అటవీ భూములను కూడా రాజధాని కోసం డీనోటిఫై చేసేందుకు అంగీకరించింది. పలు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ రంగ సంస్థలు భూ కేటాయింపుకోసం డబ్బు కూడా చెల్లించాయి. అందుకే అమరావతి రాజధానిలో కేంద్రం కూడా భాగస్వామే అని పలువురు నిపుణులు పేర్కొంటున్నారు.
