Hi,

I had my H1 approved in 2014 and in 2015 Jan my H1 was revoked by my employer. I never went back to H1 again, so can I reinstate my H1b again? is it true that after 6 years of revoking your H1 , you will have to go through lottery system again? Thank u

Nope, you don't need to go through lottery again. You can still apply under cap exempt for rest of unused time of your initial H1B.

There is no time limit such as 6 years for cap exemptions.
