Uhmaze🔥🔥🔥. Nen 16-8--> 18:6--> 20:5--> currently 2/3 hr window lo 3 scoop whey protein and full brown rice  bowl meal

Awesome, Nadi kuda similar journey 😀

kakapothe I eat everything, no restrictions. But I eat healthy like 3-4 days a week 😄

I sleep more than 8 hours . Mentally stressful Taggadaniki panikoste May be I will try .
