Even Maharashtra, Gujarat , Haryana , Assam , Uttarakhand and Punjab have reported a fall in “ own tax revenue “. States which have recorded a positive growth have also just recorded barely 2-4 percent growth. Then why single out AP when all states are struggling with regard to revenue growth.
