Job 2 maranu because uscis is given extension both of them for 6 months. so this project got approval for 3 years andukay maralenu. Manager ki Daily end of the day work status email chesthuna. Highlighting Blockers. Also Weekly status report send chestha highlighting which work stuck got where. Ready to send Monthly if requred. Indians may be good technically but when it comes to managing people they are horrible!! Favoritism, partisan, politics, ego issues, head weight, indecent, rude, disrespectful, you name it... and they have it. ee matram daanike antha feel ayipothunnav it’s nothing uncommon.
