AP can take hints from Kerala . Human development must be a priority , it will lead to better quality of life and prepare workforce for working in service and manufacturing industries. More micro finance schemes on lines of Kudumbashree can be introduced: Grama Sachivalayam can be great opportunity for local empowerment. Kerala success is built on local government.
