NABARD loans percentage or population basis mida allocate avavu...they usually have a threshold limit of allocation of each state...

for example, if NABARD allocated 5000 crores to AP, that does not mean AP will get those 5000 crores loan. This is the maximum loan AP can avail this year. Allocation of loan also depends on the project sustainability...

NABARD is basically a bank, which finances the projects backed by the Union.
