Tesla auto pilot is not much different from similar ones from Volvo, GM... It has few capabilities which others don't -

Lane change - no one else has. Practical use ? Not much...it struggles in busy streets and cities. 

Self parking - works way way better than any other competition. Tesla really nailed it. How much of practical use? Questionable unless you park in busy streets and crowded parking lots. 

Auto cruise, lane assist - many has, but Tesla constantly pushes updates. Others CANT, at least in USA even if they want to due to dracoroan 1920 law - only dealers can perform meaning ful changes to a car. It means a visit to dealership. This is one of the reason Tesla don't want to open the dealerships
