Protein shake ??

I am running long distances and also twice a week lifting weight 

I am looking at adding protein shakes to my diet any one using protein shakes like. Vanilla protein shakes ?

costco lo dorktunhi whey protein powder and mixed protein chake ..BTW how long you run and how many miles do u run??

Whey isolates try. Isoflex allmax is good.

vanilla is flavour bro

 

pre workout/post workout protein chakes different untai.... 

visit GNC once and they will give you an idea

Average running 30 to 35 miles per week and 2 day weight training

What do you mean by pre and post work out both are protein 

I don’t want to prepare any shakes at home 

I want premixed , vanilla is flavor I know that 

i saw in costco this pack with 30g protein per 1 shake 

also so far i my protein mostly is from either egg or chicken 2 to 3 times per week and also vegetable , lentils and peanuts , almonds and cashew daily

1. Pre work out ante it has caffiene+ Taurine+ L-Arginine + Beta Alenine + Creatine => Best to improve performance in gym and pump

. Post work out ante mostly whey protein => Fast absorbing protein for muscle recovery.

2.Prepare shake ante powder + water kalpi shake chesi tagadame..

3. Premixed untai.. but cost ekuva and sugars + preservatives ekva untai

4. Whey preotein is the best ...nuv 30 gms endo telidu
