drink warm lemon water with a spoon of honey every 4-5 hrs when fasting (it cleans your body and honey gives calories to survive)

Wrong ..... it will have calories but not weight gaining sugars

Lol there is no such thing as “weight-gaining carbs”. No matter what form of carbs it is, your body will break them down in to sugars although the time to break them down varies and simple sugars digest fast and give you that insulin spike.

Having said that, slow-digesting carbs like complex carbs are good. Also, fiber is good because it stays in your digestive tract for a while and gives you the feeling of  being “full”

Weight gaining  is not the prob here. The insulin spikes after taking honey are bad for health. Unregulated blood sugar levels can result in increase in hunger, which inturn increase cravings. Honey may be a better alternative than sugar. But doing away with honey altogether is better
