Yupp its fresh when I eat I can feel it . Chicken is  frozen obivously but greens are good. Protien bowls ah 🧐 eppudu chudaledhu akkada

Ade protein add chesina bowls ani. Chicken no expertise, manam tofu falafel batch. I like Mediterranean bowl - all ur fav greens untai andulo

Yes I always take apple pecan.. with spicy chicken super taste!

Oh I thought this question is regarding fasting and it’s benefits 

Okay so if u really doing it for health purposes here are some options 

do atleast 18:6 hr fast every day 
24 hr dry fast ( no water ) once a week 

72 hr once every 60 days 

fasting is a lifestyle man 

combining fasting and keto gives you amazing results ! Wen I say keto don’t go run to meat market for chicken mutton blah keto is 70 percent of fats which you can do by incorporating coconut , ghee , eggs, avacado yum 😋  kinda fats 

if not keto try to be raw vegan try smoothie bowls, zoodles, coconut water , coconut 🥥, avocados, berry ahhh there are zillion options

Great point; thanks for the detailing.

dry fast is hard but I did water fasts which were horrible but gave me a wonderful feeling. Yes Once in a while fasting is must to give body rest and system cleanup. That is y I always do it even though its hard. I eat all the foods u mentioned above except avacado lol  :)
