KTR with 'Meesam' in 1998

Ever since he stepped into politics, people of Telugu states have seen him without moustache. We are talking about Telangana IT minister KT Rama Rao aka KTR here.

Before politics, KTR had studied MBA in the United States and later had also worked there. Most of the people who go abroad apply for international license and KTR also did.

Sharing the picture of his international driving license, KTR tweeted a throwback picture in which he was spotted with moustache.

"Found my first international license issued in 1998 (previous millennium)," tweeted KTR. He had good hair then and almost looks like his father KCR but much beefier.
