Amazon planning 2 data centers worth 12k Crores in Telangana

On Jan 20th,  Amazon filed for environmental clearance with GOI for 2 data centers in telangana with approx 12k crores estimation for the projects

one is shabad/shadnagar

kandkuru is pharma city..ippudu unnadi 19k acres govt and acquired land kalipi ..inka 10k acres kosam chostunnaru.

the plan is to build a city of sorts there when people can live and work there and then some ancillary infra like schools, hospitals, malls etc

Yeah its 33 acres development plot site...1,37,033.94 sq meters when converted to acres, its 33 acres..

Data center tho paatu vere companies kooda vasthe that price is justifiable. Otherwise data centers are not much employment generating sector other than one time investment.

Ofcourse if it is Adani then it will generate 1 lakh data center jobs.

Shabad-Kothur is actually an upcoming industrial cluster....last 10 years la jeedimetla and balanagar nundi chala industries move ayinayi shabad-shadnagar madhyalo....For some reason, its an under rated region considering the geographical prospects it has...location wise aithe kiraak locaton, industrially kuda bagane medium scale industries set up ayinayi
