You can request to expedite your case showing proof for financial loss

what kind of proof need to be shown?

do we need to fill out any form or is there any process to do so?

your best option is to file litigation...but litigation grouplo nuvvu join avvali ante 30 days after biometrics eligible avtav...so feb 21st tarvata batchlo join avochu but you can get your documentation done before that...USCIS will have 60 days to respond back....so April 21st daka nuvvu wait cheydame even if nothing changes....now i see cases which went beyond 60 days which went through litigation

It should be unpaid leave. So you have to talk to HR anyway.

Follow below proven procedure

1. Call You yes c eye yes and request to expedite your ead case by providing them receipt number. They will ask for reason and mostly we all fall under financial loss category. They will take your email id for further communication.

2. You will get an email from your case officer with in one week. This timeline could vary. They will ask you to provide a letter in pdf format explaining how the person is eligible for financial loss with supporting documents as evidence.

3. Reply to that email attaching request letter and supporting documents like offer letter or any letter from employer if already working

They will give decision with in 2 weeks but mostly they will do it in 1 week. Again it varies from case to case.

This works only if person is already working or has any job offer in hand .

hope this helps
