Option 1 is good if you had started it in very early stages. Now its too late.

So you only option is 2. and I heard it is not working great now a days as USCIS started fighting back in courts too. 

Best way it for go to senator and congress person to get letter and expedite it.

This is a future problem for H4EADs..... as companies do not file H1B before 6 months periods and we can only file H4 and H4EAD with approvals of news H1's

Raaja..standalone ead also taking 6 months...if u only need h4 then go india get stamping.. if aplying h4 ead also, then file along with h1, h4 it takes same time
