paisal poinatte...cost of contruction and land rate sync ledu...danivalla sft rate chala high...break even avadam kastame ipudu aithe..

so basically builders antha fasakkked ae....but that's just temporary..inkoka 2-3 years la kattina apartments anni sale kuda ayitayi..

Amaravati lo chala universities sanction ayyayi telusa vati annintiki ippatiki permanent buildings levu, they can use those buildings for that with some modifications

Amaravati will become hub of education institutions, already unnayi but lot more universities to the pool will be added, like coimbatore in TN.

Anduke biskeet ayindi but chala universities sanction ayinayi bhayya, once universties constructions ayina tarvata it will be in good shape, also dont forget Amaravati also won 1 award in smart cities awards
