My typo is killing me , yeah vegan ante u can eat everything that comes from plants must avoid everything that comes from animals . Honey comes from bees so it is also avoided ! Some cultures lifestyle ey adhi Just like Jains ( they avoid garlic and onion 🧅 too ) so is some marwadis they avoid onion

It’s very hard to eat outside Papam Jains ki they can’t even have cakes or biscuits egg untundhi ani 

but these days US lo vegan diet is so popular many restaurants lo menus lo u can find vegan options

yes, they shouldn't eat anything that grows underground for ex:-potatoes, garlic and onions ...these foods are considered tamasic, so they tend to avoid them
