nenu ikada amazon lo laptop konnanu worth $600 on jan 20. adi issues unna laptop which i didnt relaize here, india vellaka laptop issues unnai ani telisndi nenu amazon nundi return initiate chesa and return window closes on feb 20, so apati lopu laptop vastey i can send the laptop. but my family is coming on march 20 which is out of return window. ipudu na options enti antey na friend  oka atanu vastunnadu 02/15 carry on lo teesuku ralenu since over weight avtundi he has kid, if u want check in lo testa annadu, na bayam enti antey check in lo laptop safe aaa leda madyalo miss ayye chances emina unnaya. friends em kadu antunnaru risk antunnaru cant decide.

how did u pay it ? like used any credit card ?? 

If u use Citi or Disc -> you can take advantage of it by claiming after feb20th saying the seller not accepting.

Laptops not allowed in check in i believe due to Lithium Battery.. check with the carrier before you put in Check IN

ya, u still be eligible to claim - not necessarily to be amazon product. 

 

let me check if Disc is still honouring it or not.. I am pretty sure with Citi/Amex, but Disc last 6months nunchi theesesaadu ani doubt.

You can buy a second one and return in place of first one. Later return the first one in place of second one. It works for any other products. Might work for laptops too.

third party seller aithe no problem amazon will honor .... nen three electronics after almost 8 9 months return ichina.... got refund for 2 items 3 di vere item choose cheskune chance vachindi....

instead of going the credit card route try to go with amazon and explain the situation....

With MasterCard 

Unfortunately on the Day it arrived I cracked the screen initiated the request for damage PHN he sent me entire 400$ for the PHN

Claimed twice using citicard for rental car damages

Claimed money for lost baggage 

I never had any issues

these are genuine issues no one has any control.... cc's are prepared for these kind of things sakkaga matladukoni pani cheskunte aipotadi credit analysts tho
