With GC, anything is good in the market now.. even scrum master ki kuda $60 plus vastundi minimum.. 

For tech, pick one technology, do some certs and apply..

generally mana communication skills are not good , daily scrum lone technical work gurinchi sarigga cheppaleru 

If you are choosing anything related to BA , PM , Scrum Master , Product Manager etc your communication skills should be really good , otherwise don't even think about it , you can sustain in those with average communication skills but it will be very hard for you to grow/change
