Yes coins is risky but ornaments picha light easy ga tesukoni vellachu.  Honestly, there are good shops like Bindhi Jewelers which has good designs too.  I like bangles kind of stuff there than in India. Making ekkuva ayina middle eastern designs kuda untayi. You can go and have a look if you are in Atlanta, Artesia, CA or Mountain View , CA.
