Co-Conada has many boat builders in Jagannadha Puram, Uppada, Etimoga and Tallarevu. Not sure if they will build something like this.

P.S: Good Entrepreneurship Idea though.

Thanks Baa.. Thinking about it .... doing some project analysis.. i know there is not much market for the above vessels .. but i think slowly it will pick...
