Found out 230 in June 2019, since then on Atorvastatin...headaches, knee pains,  muscle pains, etc....had to go to urgent care in Dec for issues what the Dr said was vertigo...no improvement in cholesterol yet bro....%$#$

I think you should check your body fat %, typically should be less than 17%

Build muscle and eat less than your maintenance calories, as you keep doing this your body fat % would reduce and it will also help with your cholesterol levels.
Plan your diet, start with a low carb diet.

chia seed water soak chesi thagithea, it will fill ur stomach and great source of fiber......so you stay full for a long time(sabja seeds raja chia seeds antea )

as i already told you, you need to increase HDL, yes Ghee is fat, but it is HDL.......ratio of HDL n LDL should stay close to 1

What type of food are you consuming on daily basis? Rice, too much fried food with excess oil, sugars?? All this makes a huge difference! 
 

physical activity is must!! Please make time to work out..

worry not, but workout gradual ga increase cheyi.. dont push the limit on day 1..

within a month readings improve avtayi... it takes 6 months to get full healthy reading..

 

And more importantly... get a trainer for workout... if we do on our own.. workout gets monotonic too soon and body spends less calories as it gets used to it...

 

we tend to either overdo or under do ... causing harm to our body...

What about triglycerides? edi ekkuva vunte high risk. Basic ga smoking tagginchu, daily workout cheye, salmon fish tinu atleast weekly once. try to drink medium hot water every day (Completely avoid cold water)
