Health Insurance for parents visiting US

Hi all,

My parents are visiting US for 6 months. I am looking for health insurance for them. I checked visitors coverage website. There are plans from 200-2000 USD. Which range premium should be a decent option?

As such they don't have serious problems, except my dad's knee pains. 

Also, I heard that getting insurance in India will not cover a lot here. So I opted it out.

Mother 55- no serious conditions.

Father 61- joint pains. Sometimes intense. but physio cheste set avutundi.

But vallaku bhayam edaina ayyi surgery lantidi cheyyalsoste mottam asti poddi ani.

I am not aware of anyone who actually used their insurance (for visitors). So, not really sure.

check in their site, I just took the one with emergency coverage. per person less than 200 kattinattu unna 4 months ki

pre existing conditions coverage unnavi teesuko , aina cover avvaka povachu as they consider only 'accidental occurrence' of pre-existing conditions as valid

this is the same for most plans , costly plans ki yemaina difference undi emo , I took a moderate plan (neither cheap nor expensive) for parents , in-laws twice 

by gods grace we did not use it
