Yes we are brain washed. And people are naturally drawn towards this brainwashing because, it is easy to live life according to the actions that are based on conventional, known patterns. We are scared to look for anything beyond this, as it is unknown. We need some form of "ism" to exist - be it religious or non-religious -isms. To learn the truth, one needs to learn to look at things "as-is", who is to say what is as-is?

Yes that’s what I’m saying not just your kid, all kids. All babies are born atheist. Religious indoctrination comes from family, friends and then society.

We can't control anyone's beliefs .

I feel it depends on lot of factors like ancestors genes, friends, society..etc
