What options does his employer have to recover the money from the middle vendor provided TCS paid the vendor already? Employer vendor ni sue cheyyocha, will it really work out?

nenu oka project chesa tcs tho eppudu payment issue kaledu this was back in 2010 so not sure if things changed now, employe and vendor play these games frequently. naku ila oka sari 2 months pay mingaru employer and vendor kummakkai tarwatha nenu employer jump but i lost 2 months salary plus the money i spent on living and moving to a new location
