## Urgent help Pls : Previous employer revoked a visa

Previous employer gadu visa revoke chesadu.. which expired last year. They have petitioned my I140 while I was their employee and I am assuming they would be revoking that as well.

I am in my 6th year of H1B. I got my h1 with new employer for 3 years and current employer will not start processing my green card till I complete one year of employment adi vadi policy.. 

Will the revocation effect my current approved visa with new employer. Also not having new GC petitioned will be an issue?

Please evina ideas share cheyandi bhayaa!!

i140 approved e kada ?

em peekaledu vadu i140 approve ayyi 6 months datithe after 6 months even if they revoke you port your gc priority date and your current h1b will be valid

just start gc processing with new employer and enjoy
