Infosys pocharam plots

Infosys pocharam daggara plots unnai ani frnd annadu, frnd saying very good chances for appreciation in coming years considering recent inauguration of Cherlapally satellite railway station and also MMTS connectivity is in the final stages of completion   ... Is it wise to invest there? Any inputs from DBians.

Naku evaro..ilane chebite...nenu akkada independent house tisukunna.2011 lo......no big appreciation....if you have excees money invest it..but forget for 20 yrs at least..

Hyderabad is too big and too spread out to buy anywhere and everywhere..Concentrate on west Hyd from Kollur to Mokila Shankarpally for now...

Oh avna.. Few of my frnds bought for 7K per sq yard in 2017-18 and now its arnd 25K - 30K per sq yard where they bought, he was saying road leading to Infosys gate now the rates are around 50-60K anta almost doubled in last 2 years ...Do you have any idea what are those huge buildings which are constructed behind Infosys and next to the railway track?

Just asking out of curiosity, anni cinemallo chupistaru kada kabja ante edo simple thing laaga.

West side too much growth undi..Maa kokapet la maa pedananna acre 1C ki ammindu 2009 la.. ippudu adi acre 25c anta, SqYrd 80k anta, almost catching Upto Jubilee Hills rates.

Until last month, I was searching for 25-30k/yard in layouts in outwards of Mokilla...most cheapest i came across was for 50-55k...30-35k Shankarpally kada ostunnayi
