Yep...before computerized scanning of records happened, lot of such manipulations used to happen...plus land title laws kuda kastha weak mana degara...patel-patwari system ani vuntunde, in official records maintain chesetollu...although unofficial but at least there was a verbal record...a system abolish ayinaka it was not replaced for couple of decades and this time was good enough for corrupt people to change the records...
