A 24-inch high-pressure pipeline containing carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide burst overnight Saturday, prompting evacuations and 46 people to be hospitalized in Satartia. On Sunday, the town’s mayor confirmed that all those evacuated were given the clearance to return to their homes.
