They may change their domicile to US in future, meaning they may pay more taxes at that time. Not sure how much expenses they will have while not in operation as well as until the demand ramps up once they start operations. I dont think it is going bankrupt. If they dont make as much money they are making now, then the share price wont grow as quickly as you expect.
