Today i got out from SRNE@$8.15. I am seeing some people here sold out at $10. How do you guys judge it is going to fall? Any inputs if you can provide how to come out from stock if it is falling down.  i am a newbie to stocks. Please help me. I lost $800 on CODX last week.
