yehah good one bro. to some extent .. so every time we purchase its we who are paying more and we who sell for less depends on our need kadha .. 

so how does market fluctuate the price per share value? this is where i am unable to understand. if your friend is paying more then its his need and want that share at any cost kadha .. so nuvu market lo shares nenu purchase cheyali ante there are already shares in the market kadha .. like 40 share in your example so someone already purchase in your case you have brought those ..  so that mean as all listed shares are already sold out is it delisted from market list ? or how exactly those shares return to market for next sale ? thing is that company have predefined shared or do they keep increment the no of share as and when people are purchasing more?

also what is this point down or up in DOW or NASDAQ ??

if you look carefully at yahoo finance or anyother... there is an indicator for daily volume... most of the stocks are traded every minute... Shares will not float in the market. It is always with someone either an individual or company or stock broker.

 

If you want to buy a less demand stock such as right aid, you cannot get it right away, you would have to wait for some sell it.
